haha. The bigger, the better! I think they were "cow" horn handlebars. Kids made their own stunt bikes, basically.

Had one in the 70's, one of the best cars I ever owned,
Austin 1300GT, Yellow with black vinyl roof. It had twin carbs which were hard to sync' but looked special and drove beautifully.

That's a lovely bike, apart from the daft bars.

I had a MK3 Cortina 2ltr GT, red with black vinyl roof. Looked great till the typical 70s Ford's, rotted.

My dad had one on his Lada, stopped us going in the Monkeys at Knowsley Safari park because they used to rip them off, me and my brother were gutted.
