Not coming in the Top 4 - it's ok!!

Yet his head has already been turned by Guardiola, having refused to rule out a move to Manchester this week.

'All the players respect him,' Pogba said. 'You only have to look at him and you want to learn from him. I've heard that he improves every player. He is a football icon.

'Right now I am still with Juventus but clearly if you have chance to work with someone like him, you can only develop further.'

That's all fair enough mate, I've acknowledged players want to work for Pep but CL is a factor too and we are in a stronger position in terms of attracting transfer targets with it than without it.

Not from me, we don't play in Spain or Germany, so it'll never be a one or two team league, football still has to be played, and no manager guarantees titles here.

On a side note, it will be rather ironic if Ranieri wins the league with Leicester, but couldn't at Chelsea with the money Abramovic provided him.
Ah it wasn't aimed at you at all by the way mate! Just because you had commented on a similar point!
Yep, and I am sure he will be loving it as much as anyone! A lot of managers should be a bit embarrassed if Leicester do indeed won the league.

It should serve as a warning to those who think Pep+money=Champions though.

Clearly I want us to win it first, but I'll be delighted for Ranieri if we don't and he does, as he's always seemed like a nice bloke for a football manager.

Entirely agree. The mocking he received from journalists on his appointment was out of order. He's done well in most of what he's done.
If it becomes mathematically impossible for us to win it, while Leicester can, I will be wanting them to. I overhead a city fan saying they didn't care if Leicester beat us (before that game) - now that, I couldn't get my head round!!

Arguably we did our best transfer business when not in the CL so not convinced it will be a deciding factor to join us or not.

Still think we will nick a CL spot though.

As much as I try I just cannot stand anything Leicester related. They have had a very fortunate season with injuries and other teams beiing shite. And Linekers big smug smile every time they win annoys the hell out of me.

But most worst is this bullshit about Leicester spending less than a Sterling or whatever City player (It always seems to be a fkin City player) and showing how to win the premier without spending...... They have fluked it this year. That same squad of players nearly took them down last year and will not be performing as well next year. City invest for season after season of top flight football. The comparison is bollox.

My god, Leicester in the CL will get torn apart. Happy Days

Sorry for my hatred of Leiecester, I did live there for a while too.

Are we f**k, people have short memories, in 2009 we had a run of 3 wins, 8 draws, and 2 defeats, 17 points from 13 games, it saw him sacked.
And somehow, amongst all that shite, we still didn't manage to lose 3 league games in a row...
