Navas the other way surely after Burnley? Pep couldn't get him off fast enough. Give them Navas and Nasri and be done.

Yeah I think that would make sense. We can afford to let Navas go now that Jesus has arrived. Sterling or Sane on the right, with Nolito or Jesus on the left. Navas' contract is finished in summer too and letting him leave now would free up another non-home grown slot for any other signing we want to make this month, assuming Ilkay gets dropped due to his injury and replaced with N'Zonzi.

I think he'd be a good buy. He has been on another level since he went to Sevilla and frequently showed flashes while in England. I suspect if we sign him, that may be the end of Fernando at City though come next summer as Gundogan will be healthy by the start of next season or close to it. Fernando has been a good soldier but I don't see room for both so he'd be likely be moved on.

Always thought Fernando is a Pellegrini buy. So wont mind him to free space for Nzonzi who is an upgrade.

I love it how loads of people are basing their opinion on Nzonzi based on the fact he played for Stoke and Blackburn. On that logic we should never sign Dele Alli because he played for MK Dons.
I'm with you on this. He was brilliant at Blackburn and was brilliant at Stoke, and possibly the best player in both teams.

We don't have to sign big names because lesser known players, can be just as if not more effective.

Fernando would probably get moved to CB or RB knowing Pep

Yep N'Zoni takes Navas's spot. Yaya takes Gund's and Jesus takes Nacho's.
