Thanks for sharing. Means a lot.Oasis were my first favourite band growing up but I’ve not even thought about seeing them this time.
The memories are enough.

It wasn't £110 for standing. Mine came out at around £80 each including booking fee148.50 which when you consider liam at the coop was 110 aint that bad
It costs £40-£80 to watch prem games, £100 to watch Oasis and numerous other acts over 7 hours isn’t that bad.If they sell out their price point was correct.
If they are left with unsold tickets the price point was wrong.
* they will sell out and declare new dates that will also sell out *
People just love a good fucking whinge.

Stop the celebrations – Oasis are the most damaging pop-cultural force in recent British history | Simon Price
Dismal lyrics, plodding tunes and prehistoric political views: why is everyone so happy that the Gallagher brothers are back, asks Simon Pricewww.theguardian.com
Look how angry this fucking freak from the Grauniad is that the British working class are happy about something.

Maybe? I’ll ask about when I get there.Won’t you be one of the youngest people there?

Sounds like a right bitter ****. He managed to dig out a couple of comments from Liam going back over 20 years that, while not exactly pc (especially in the present day), were clearly Liam being his usual wumming self and not exactly being serious. I'd concede that Noel has said more offensive things than Liam and done it much more recently but the author of the article relinquishes all that by then going on to big up Pulp over Oasis as being morally superior, yet Jarvis Cocker was the instigator of one of the more controversial moments in music history at the 1996 Brit awards. It often amazes me how some nomark given a platform in the media writes shite like this. They were a band not political figures and at their peak the biggest band in the world. Millions got pleasure from their music and still do. Every concert they play will sell.out easily. I'm not sure anybody would go to hear that plank speak if they were paid to attend.
I’ll check, but I think it was around £90 i paid for seated tickets at the co op arenai paid 110 for seating inc booking fees
Come off it. They aren’t better than oasis.Paul Heaton at CO-OP £35
New Order at wythenshawe £61
Manics/Suede at castlefield £60
all those are better bands than Oasis and charged appropriately.
Neither of those bands are bigger than Oasis and neither will have the support acts like Oasis will have on.Paul Heaton at CO-OP £35
New Order at wythenshawe £61
Manics/Suede at castlefield £60

They might be better than them in his opinion, but what really matters is how big a band is and that’s why Oasis will be charging more. Supply and demand. I think this will end up being the biggest UK tour we’ve ever seen when more dates get added over the next yearsCome off it. They aren’t better than oasis.
You’re a strange one peoffrey.“How old are you, little girl?” will be above board.
