The tory swing of 8.5% and a majority cut from 8500 to 2700 is very worrying. I voted Lib but if there is another election called (which I wouldn't rule out, I can't see Clegg and Cameron coming to an agreement) I think I'll vote tactically for Lab.

Good Lad, don't listen to that Cheesy fella ;)

Cameron setting out his terms for a lib dem coalition.

I said on here a few weeks ago that this might be the best we could hope for.

Not a big LD fan, but I like Dave's plans, look at Vince Cable for example, an economic genius, this could work for the best of the country.

Poor Gideon must be shitting himself that he's not going to be Chancellor any more.

I sure Cameron will create a cabinet post for him. Maybe State Fag to the PM?

I hope Cable ends up as chancellor, fancy having someone who's got real life economic experience in charge of the country's finances, revolutionary.

It's going to be interesting to see how Clegg balances his view that the largest party has the first right to form a coalition with his belief in electoral reform. I don't think the tories will budge on electoral reform (and I doubt Clegg'll be fooled by promises of commissions or committees on the issue) yet surely this has got to be the issue of highest importance to the Lib Dems. They can change British politics permanently and in their interest. They'd be idiots of the highest calibre to throw that away.

So let me get this straight

Nick Clegg holds the key to who runs our country?
Yes its as simple as that he sides with cameron tories have the majority they need to govern or he could just support them on the issues they have the same stand point.
