Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]
Barcelona president Joan Laporta wants striker Samuel Eto'o to end his career at the Nou Camp.
Eto'o, who has just a year left on his contract with the treble winners, has again been linked with a move to Manchester City and Inter Milan over the last few weeks but Laporta does not want to see the Cameroon international go anywhere - at least until his playing days are over.
"Eto'o finishes his contract next season and this means we must sit down for a talk. The will of the club is that he continues here for many years, always in compliance with our pay structure," Laporta said on his club's website.
"For me he is the best striker in the world. It would be nice if he finished his career at Barca."
