Barca signing Villa is our only chance of getting Eto'o.

Agreed and in that respect its not looking good. Valencia are terrified of selling him due to fan threats against the board (ie to kill them) etc in the past when it was suggested.

Villa wanted to go to Real but they now seem to have moved onto other targets due to the fee Valencia are demanding or just generally notwanting to sell him.

Villa states that he is unsure which club he will be playing for next season but he will definitely not be leaving Spain.

thats the same headline that various other papers have ben using over the last couple of days!

Yet none of them have any hard evidence whatsoever of either city being in for Eto'o or Barca going after villa.....
