we are going to have Kaka all over our faces again if the ETO deal falls through and im sorry to say I blame the negotiators. Our owners have bought MCFC to be a shining jewel in their crown. To promote Abu Dhabi and give them international exposure and credibility. The way that two of the biggest transfer deals of all time have and also appear to be melting down does massive damage to both our credibility and that of the owners.

to do this once is unfortunate but twice is unforgivable
CALM DOWN

Ok, so who do I listen to ssn or our itk's? Help me out, Im new to this whole thing

Watch the news, read the threads, read the ITK posts and then make your own informed personal decision ! If you want inner peace, dont do any of the above and enroll in a monastery.
;o)

ok, i will try to do the whole inner peace thing as u suggest. kind of hard while being addicted to this forum though i have to admit.

Re: Well, That's F***'in Blown It!

Not so funny now is it. As I predicted. As soon a La Porta(or whatever he's f***ing called) opened his big mouth, the Kaka scenario started unfolding. Why can't these f***ing European club presidents keep their mouths shut? F***!

180 turn thats only half a turn be more worried if it was 365 turn,if we get him great but if we dont im sure theres other top class players who would jump at the chance of earning top money and playing in the best competition in the world. A BLUE MOON IS RISING.

One thinks he was refering to a U-turn .. which would be 180 degrees. Therefore we are still talking facing the opposite direction. In this instance a 360 turn would leave us going full circle with him back at barca.

Make sense... couldn`t care if it doesnt just bored of it all

He has a valid point... how hard is it to look for the 200 page Eto'o thread? Its always at the top of the board.

He's hardly given you both barells just a few people keep making "look at me" threads.

Re: Bungling the transfers

Be happy that we're linked to the likes of Kaka and Eto'o.

Not a long time ago, I would have been happy with David Dunn.

Not sure this needed another thread but this is a different scenario to Kaka and there is absolutely no evidence that City have screwed anything up: the issue is between Barca and Eto'o. City have maintained and should maintain a dignified silence unless they conclude the deal and then they should comment on the player not the deal.

Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]

my cock ain't gonna take much more of this......lob on, limp, lob on, limp, and now it's lobbed again..

You think it's unforgivable that it looks like we've failed to bring 2 of the best players on the planet to the current 10th best team in England? Just who do you think we are? We have no right to be signing these kind of players.

Re: Eto'o press conference on Wednesday

sky sports news 4pm ish states that eto o's agent says he is " leaning towards staying at barca!"

Alonso has advised him this would be his best course of action

I think we will be shown up a tad! All that money can't buy stars etc!

sorrry for the pessimism

Re: Samuel Eto'o [merged]

Just seen Sky they seem to think Barca might try push Eto'o on, this def means that the agent is just playing games.
