No I was out on the piss last night. Peoples comments shouldn't be deleted just cos someone else doesn't agree with them. I'm not going to go on and on about it, but if we were round a table in the pub and one of us said Eto'' is definitely signing, but then didn't, the others would quite rightly say the one who incorrectly said he would come is full of shit, and athats all i'm doing. I deal in facts. Spursmad said Eto'o is definitely signing, but he hasn't, therefore Spursmad was way off the mark. Fact. If that gets ddeleted there's somethign wrong with how this supposed freedom of speech forum works.
Fair do's mate. It smacks of all are equal, but some are more equal than others though if peoples comments were being deleted.

Pidg, Spursmad said everything was agreed with Barca and Eto' and it was just a case of Barca and Eto'o sorting the problem at there end, hes got nothing wrong.

It'll be interesting to see if another club manages to sort it out & actually sign Eto'o, if that happens then we will know that the problem was a little bit more from our side.
Thinking overnight, I now got the feeling that this deal may still have a chance to revise. The City statement only means they will not go back to the table on this issue, but doesnt mean Barca and Eto'o wont go back. Barca and Eto'o are at breaking point, and almost no way back. And City is the only interesting parties at the moment.
I can imagine if they can solve out their problems, they will try to convince and pray City to go back on the table on this. And when it happens, i think cook will be more happy to revise this deal.

That would make sense, i suppose we'll just have to wait & see, not completely convinced about Cook yet, seems to be similar to Kenyon at Chelsea & loves to be in the papers.
