Keeping you awake though isn't it...
If you want a definition of classless just look at your own manager!
Its a hammer blow this pal,the realisation that their little cartel has been blown to smithereens,permanently.......is not something they are going to recover from anytime soon, bless,it really must be an awful feeling;-)

Pep is so over rated its untrue, to be quite honest disgraceful and disrespectful treatment of bacon face is beyond the pale and really smacks of classless behaviour.

Pep is not the messiah

So then fucking brains of Britain how are you supposed to upgrade your manager then in the right way? City's hierarchy have always stated that they see managers doing a 3-4 year cycle to keep the club and players motivated, they have been transparent in this all along and Manuel has been aware of the clubs intentions from day one, how is that classless behaviour?Your post smacks of fucking jealousy, the sooner people like you understand what this club is all about the better, we are THE best run club in the country, money doesn't make you the best run its the people off the field that do that.

and what the fuck has baconface at Old toilet got to do with it?

Go on I'll bite.

How the f**k does us signing Pep on, put united at the "epi-centre of the global game" ?

More desperation.

It absolutely is. It has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with United but the pricks at that rag have to get them on the front page. Not as bad as The Star who also have United in their headline when reporting this story. It's utterly ludicrous and so transparent. They're hurting. A lot.

So whats the chances of us drawing Bayern in the CL if we both get through? Or even in the final...

Well they're one of the biggest clubs in the world full of their own bluster and we're the young nouveau riche upstart who beat them to a signing that every single club in the world wanted, who was identified as above the lowly greed that they wrote others off for. Guardiola is an artist with credibility in their eyes and not a sell out. Him coming here rather than Old Trafford creates a cognitive dissonance for a large part of the world's press. It focuses a lot of attention on Manchester as a footballing city just because of the narrative that the PL media both home and abroad will spin out of it.

Obviously they over-egged it as local papers tend to put there's a point in there somewhere that whilst we've being dominating and winning battles the real story starts today. This is a clear sign that the much predicted decline of United into a lower standard of club is in full swing and can no longer be ignored in the corridors of power at Old Trafford. We're beating them on the pitch, we're beating them at every youth level, we're beating them in every department off the pitch. They are surviving on past glories in every sense of the word, every success they have over the past 3 years can be directly attributed to work done long ago and not work done in the here and now.

United are a global club with a global reach. It would be foolhardy to think that their decline, forced by the neighbours they mocked for many years, isn't a great and interesting story that people will want to follow the twists and turns of.

Personally I'm not worried at all because I think they're the worst run club in the Premier League including those that go bankrupt. They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery that lot let alone run a major international business. The day they sack Woodward or give him some face saving side move then appoint an actual executive with a bit of nouse is the day I'll start paying attention to them. But the rest of the world don't think they this and they just see that City have nicked the best manager in the world from right under their bigger neighbours noses.

as pointed out it gets clicks from not only City fans but a few United fans too who want to know the answer to that slightly tenuous question.

But also there is a genuine point about United here; there are being overshadowed and rapidly, and not just in the eyes of local press, or even national press, but international press. They have to respond. MEN's wording was a bit over the top (shock horror!) but the point is valid.
