Subs: Hart, Berti, Elano, Clayton, Sturridge, Caicedo, Evans.

Pompey 0 - 3 City (Richards, Robinho, Elano).

Can't see us winning to be frank. Be pleased with a draw but expecting defeat now they have changed manager.

Given
Richards
Kompany
Ned
Bridge

Zab
De Jong
Ireland
Elano
Bellamy

Robbie

Bellamy occupying wide right birth, Elano operating as striker. MH though will probably play Fernandes and push Zab out wide right. Elano still the forgotten man.

SORTED!

My main worry about this game is how we seem to struggle on a narrow pitch.
I think this is the main reason we have such poor away form as not many pitches are as wide as the COMS.
To combat this i've gone for the formula below:

-----Bellamy----Caicedo-----

-----------Robinho------------

----De Jong---Ireland---Zab----

Bridge--Nedum--Kompany--Richards

-------------Given-------------

The reason for this selection is i think Robinho i more effective in the hole behind the forward sliding balls through.
This also allows room for Bridge and Richards to get forward, Zab or De Jong can tuck in and cover if this happens.
Rob for me is wasted on the left and when Bridge gets forward they seem to either get in each others way or Rob doesn't return the ball and cuts inside all the time anyway.
