If the lad who played against our EDS for Benfica is anything to go by then I would think they are confident to let the keeper go although I do suspect that was a one off performance.
The lad who played against us is about their 5th choice youth keeper, it was honestly the first I'd ever heard of him. They have an absolute legion of youth players, Bruno Varela is probably the highest rated young keeper, but he's nowhere near Oblaks level. Pretty decent price considering Bayern got him for less than half of that

That said, I believe the dippers win ratio was better during the time he had a significant absence last term. Their points ratio was, believe it or not, better when he was out of action.

If that is the case how come we came second 2 seasons ago and won the next season without so called marque signings?
