Ahh, fair enough. Both similar situations though, young talented players who both have willingness to learn from Pep. Pretty sure Kimmich played at right back a few times while Lahm played DM, but I maybe mistaken.

Many of us made the claim that Pep could play a midfielder as fullback due to what he did at Bayern.
And even now with Zinny flourishing you find people saying he's still not good enough, baffling stuff.

True. Not sure many saw Zins potential at LB though.
