I believe Ten Bob had already fell out with him and has him doing his administrative work separate from the other execs.
 
At that level of operation, he would signed an NDA whilst at City. Nothing will allow by law to be disclosed to Utd. City will be watching Utd operations like a hawk.

He knew he wasn’t going get much higher at City so has done the dirty on us. BUT,….dint worry, with regard to Omar, we are about to witness Peter’s Law. It will kick in at the rags pretty quickly the mess they’re in
