It does seem more and more likely that Otamendi will be arriving in the next week or so, the interesting question if he does will be how do we fit 5 centre halves into 4 spots? Denayer doesn't need to be squad registered, however Otamendi would make it 5 centre halves on the books, and that's too many really.

KdB in squad but we are still fairly convinced he's still coming. IMHO, I think making Mangala part of the deal is foolish. With Kompany coming off a down year and injury prone and Denayer as young and inexperienced in the prem this could have the opposite intended impact.
