Ouija Board Experiences

well heres my unexplained happening.i moved into a council flat which just happened to be where my gran had died in a fire 10 years previous. my first night there was a hot july scorcher.i lay myself down on the couch started watching tv and within 5 minutes something or someone stroked my cheek.it was stone cold.nothing ever happened after that night and i like to think it was my gran reassuring me she was ok..

To be 100% honest, me and a mate went through a phase of every Thursday doing a ouija board, they always worked, we trusted each other completely and to this day neither of us know for sure what went on but it was always very weird, too vivid for one of us to blag, besides we'd both often raise our fingers, alone, to prove it wasn't us moving the glass.

I'm 100% convinced they work though no real idea what it is that works.

I never speak about what was said, as it were, as it scares the shit out of me now just thinking about it.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone to be honest.

Why a Thursday?

Despite years and years of trying and thousands and thousands of studies into the Occult and paranormal activities there is not a single shred of evidence for its existence. Moreover, there is plenty of proof that any 'paranormal' events can be explained through science or the fallibility of human nature (cheating or delusion).

I have been at peoples houses using ouija boards when I was younger and it seemed to move in a convincing way. We then went through the ritual of interpreting what the various letters might mean. Years later, people confessed to pushing the glass/pointer.

I used to wonder about this sort of stuff all the time but the more I read and see, the more I think it is all complete claptrap. All of it.

Why a Thursday?

It's a slippery slope, you start on a Thursday then it becomes a Friday too, before you know it you're naked in Kings Cross with a drag queen giving you head whilst you toot on a crack pipe singing Auld Lang Syne.

i have always found that cynics are either narrow minded or are trying to convince themselves with their arguements because although they are trying to be logical they cant get rid of that little doubt in the back of their minds
