Our biggest ever game?

Didn't think it was beforehand and nothing has changed.
Fucking buzzing we got through though.

Right lets hope we don't get Walsall in the semi final of the division 1 play offs , I understand if they don't get through we will play Wigan and Gillingham

Just hope Bayern and Barca get though cause if that happens we as a club are in the final 4 that consists of fucking Barcelona , Real Madrid ( granted Super Bob won't be up front with Carl ) and Munich

MCFC OK

I was surprised by my nerves today. It felt like the terrible old days all over again! Brilliant result. If Barca and Bayern progress then we can just enjoy the ride of being total underdogs!

Newcastle away. Bigger is every way, because it involved a direct rival and more than one team in the equation.

People forget, Newcastle were also going for a Champions League place.

Without Newcastle, there is nothing. No QPR, there is no Sergio moment.
Not really...... without the rags fucking up against Everton and Wigan, there is no title either.....

Absolutely buzzing, what a night, it genuinely way amazing and I'm still high on life and drunk from the fact we're through to the last 4! Atmosphere out of 10 tonight tho blues? Also town was completely dead, it was like it was a great effort to stay until the end and clap the team off... sure I'll get shit for this but seriously the lack of a buzz in town and outside the ground was terrible

..

If you are anything older than 16, then you are fucking stupid, if under 16 then just get lost
Why are you so aggressive? It's my opinion and I haven't seen anything on this thread that makes me think I'm wrong. So why don't you stop being a big keyboard warrior and have a think about the fact that City are now in a European Cup semi final because of last night

Now that City are in the European Cup semi final I think we can all agree that tonight's game was the biggest in the club's history - so far
How old are you? Serious question.

Because I've seen us play in 2 European trophy semi-finals and a final. The 1904 FA Cup win, the 1937 title win, Newcastle in 1968, the three games (rags, Newcastle & QPR) in 2012 all were bigger games in my view in terms of importance.

You could also throw in the s/f against the rags, as it laid down a marker and gave us belief that we could compete with the (at the time) best side in the country. The Gillingham game would also have been more important to us than last night. Last night might just get into the top ten in our history.
