Dan Roan just said on the BBC news that the report said City’s internal investigation was totally inadequate. I don’t think that’s true. Unless it refers to their actions at the time, but he’d just been talking about their recent investigation.

The “wholly inadequate response” is in relation to at the time of the offences / when offences were brought to the Club’s attention. Shameful from Swales and his cronies and it is a stain on our club at that time which will never be removed to my mind.
