My take too. But if you dont know anything about football you have to have a reason and scapegoat for every bad result and “Sterling is shit”, “we have no plan B” or “Should have bought a striker” are nice little soundbites to fit the bill.Was I watching a different game to many on here? Thought we played well and created lots of chances. Maybe a Harry Kane would put one away but I’m not going to point the blame at not buying a striker every time we don’t score. Donnarumma was excellent and we got done by a nice finish and some Messi briliance. We deserved a draw. I’m actually feeling weirdly very positive after this defeat.

I see us do that far more often when we have a focal point though, like tonight at times. When we play without it, we’re far less predictable and defences can’t cope.

PSG played like the vast majority of teams we face these days, packed defence, playing on the break.
We dominated the stats and 2-0 flattered them.
We will qualify from the group no problem.
What happens from there however will most probably depend on how we are reffed rather than how we perform.
