Paris Saint-Germain (A) - CL | Post-Match Thread

I thought we played really well and were a bit unlucky but we need to take some of the bloody chances we create.
The ref was fucking terrible..unless the decision was at least 80/20 in our favour PSG got the decision.
Felt sorry for Grealish as he got fouled and the twat gave him fuck all
Another good game for Rodhri..but I gave Walker the motm..he was excellent.
Not too arsed about losing to these as we still have to play them at our place, as long as we get something from the dipper game it's been a great week.
Raz keeps trying but he looks like his really low on confidence and a goal would give him a boost.
I wouldn't play him from the start on Sunday but he could be ideal to fetch on when the dippers are tiring.
Neymar is a cheat..he needs some fucker to get pissed off with his antics and plant one on him.
I bet not many on here would swap the 3 points v Chelsea for 3 points tonight..I know I wouldn't.

Well then surely he should be giving a chance. Never find out if he could do a job for us if he doesn't play him. I mean in a game with the first team not a half and half side in the league cup.
Delap is coming back from an injury and far from fit

Lack of finishing cost us again. Created more than enough chances to win that game. Their first was lucky as fuck and the second was poor from Laporte.

Only negative from me was that Jack was too predictable.

Not the end of the world.
I didn't think Grealish had the best game, but he did have two players marking him for most of the game so the space he made for others should have been used better. Fair's fair, though, they defended pretty well and their goalkeeper had a good enough game.

PSG sat back after they scored. That early goal meant they could sit back and hope that their front three could catch us on the break. Exactly what happened. Also, their three destroyers in midfield got away with murder, time after time.
before their goal they were also sitting back because we were all over them. their goal came out of nowhere

and he is def tired. grealish has played the most minutes for us after dias and cancelo this season and he didnt play mid week at Villa , he didnt play thoes high intensity games he plays for us every 3 days. this was already his 2nd champions league game.

them scoring first had an influence but i wouldnt say it waa the difference. Difference was they scored the few chanches they had , 2 goals from 3 shots on target. We missed all our big chances , thats the big difference.
No, the first goal was always going to be the difference. It changes the whole mindset. After PSG drawing their first game, they had to win tonight. Had we scored the first goal the game would have opened up and they would have had to look for a result. If we had scored an equaliser, they would have had to look for a winner, giving us more space.

No but he could have been given a go against Southampton .it's the one position you could take a chance on an inexperienced player.
Eh? We drew 0-0 and we needed to score.

he could have been given a chance against Wycombe at 3-0 up maybe. When he’s ready those chances will come and if he’s good enough he will slowly be integrated like Phil was. From what I’ve seen he’s nowhere near ready for that yet.
