We can't keep saying we don't need a striker when we regularly struggle to make our domination count. Scraping 1-0 wins means we've got to be going all out for 90 minutes however well we play; with someone reliable up top we could begin saving energy with half an hour remaining if we had a decent lead.
Defensive errors and strange refereeing decisions will always happen and tonight we paid the price.
We were the better team but didn't get the breakthrough. It's not the end of the world as I think we'll get four or six points from Bruges and a least a point in Leipzig, but it does make our job a little bit harder.
PSG were a bunch of diving, crying Muppets, but the ref bought it which was hardly a surprise.
Never mind; on to Anfield. It's not as though the have their own set of laws is it? Oh!!

I have no doubt that if we need to beat this lot down the line we will.
mate the goal didnt change much , we were all over them before the goal and after the goal. the 2nd goal did put an end to it all.No, the first goal was always going to be the difference. It changes the whole mindset. After PSG drawing their first game, they had to win tonight. Had we scored the first goal the game would have opened up and they would have had to look for a result. If we had scored an equaliser, they would have had to look for a winner, giving us more space.
the first goal really didnt make Bernardo have the unbelivable miss.
in case you forgot they scored the first against us last season too but we came back and won.

Isn’t the vast majority of that the Sterling header and then Bernardo miss? Neither of which would have stood due to offside.
