Mourninho has more or less Confirmed it's done.

So Maureen says there is one more to come in,for 2 week we've heard "in the next 48 hours",today we get the MuEN saying "it's done",and now we get Maureen himself saying "my club is trying to close the market by August 14th"
Summat ain't right IMO.

I'm guessing you're both interpreting the same press conference?

They've never mentioned Pogba by name so I wouldn't be surprised if they sign someone else and claim to have never been interested in Pogba.

I genuinely hope he signs for them.

With the appointment of Maureen and all that he represents, plus the profligate signing of the previously rejected Pogba - their snotty moral high ground aka the myth that is "the united way" is totally destroyed as emerging talent is simultaneously haemorrhaged and key influencers in and around the game sense an opportunity for a little payback.

For >£100m you should reasonably expect to be getting a game changer like Messi. Pogba is an excellent player - but he's not a week-in week-out game changer in my view.

If they are not genuinely and rapidly challenging for the top honours, the factions and ego's in that dressing room together with their abrasive tit of a manager will be nothing short of a combustible combination.

Happy days!
