I think people have forgotten that we were no better than utd last year....very little between the two teams if anything at all.

Gudongan improves us
Pogba would hugely improve them

Mkhitrayan improves them
Nolito...hopefully as a replacement for navas improves us otherwise he doesnt.
Sane- potential

Bailey - no idea
Stones (if we get him huge improvement on mdm)

Ibra ( could go either way...would i have him at city; no way but he gives them another option)
Us - we havent signed or linked with anyone that will improve us in a central attacking posotion....if kun stays fit and kelechi does progress to the player we all hope he xan be then ok....but thats 2 big "if's."

Then we have the two managers.
We know pep is the best but lets hope utd get the mental destructive mouhrihnio and not the really good side.

I think people have forgotten we had Pellegrini and all our best players out injured at important times of the season.

Has 101greatgoals any affiliation? Equating maurinho to CL finish as a certainty is underestimating the competitiveness of the league. Many teams are in the mix and with the new broadcast money and top managers, it's not a walk in the park for any team at the moment.

Amazing how so many people are desperate for some type of raggish so called objectivity. Pogba's overrated/overvalued. He's not a shit player, but he's not the best thing since sliced bread and certainly won't single handedly win the rags the league. Saying that doesn't make me a bitter City fan. It makes me someone who isn't insecure about every step the rags take. Maybe he'll go on to be amazing. Maybe he won't. But I won't be losing any sleep over the signing (if they manage it). Those people who do only have themselves to look at.

Great post Billy,this is indeed a Manchester City forum for Manchester City supporters.

It truly baffles me how so many are quick to blow smoke up the rags arse while simultaneously criticising our club,and the one they allegedly support.

The same characters then act all confused when they receive a response appropriate to such contribution.
