I have enormous gratitude and respect for everything that Ancelotti has done for Madrid. Hes one of the greatest ever. That doesn't mean that he should stay forever despite not showing any signs that he can turn things around. That is no disrespect. In fact its the opposite - you don't want a great manager's club legacy tarnished by his failures in the end.
