No way.
He's won 4 ina fucking row.
Appreciate it.
And back the man
I am backing him until end of January as I've said earlier. Maybe he will turn it around in that time. But the rut we are in with regard to the losses may prove impossible to get out of and it can soon unravel completely. So while his reputation which is unparalleled can never be taken away from him, it can be tarnished greatly in the next 3-4 weeks depending on results . Get in 1-2 important signings or Defensive players back 100% fit and it may turn around.

I love the way you say this as if it’s a reasonable take.

You’re not even giving the manager who won the last 4 league titles in a row (and the most successful manager in the club’s history) until the end of the season. It’s not a reasonable position.

The guy is a legend and could walk into any job in world football.

He’s given us mind blowing football and unprecedented success.

When he leaves we’ll name a stand after him and he has earned it.

What I simply cannot get my head around is why the fuck he won’t change the system to suit the players he has available. We aren’t going for the jugular at any point in any game, we can’t do because we don’t have the players available to operate in a system that strangles our opponent in the way we used to. Even if everyone is fit this team can’t do that anymore. So why stick with it? Why not make us difficult to beat?

He can’t legislate for unforced errors and we’re doing that every week but I’m positive he could change things to make us more solid.

Can’t tell if this is a serious statement or a criticism but if it’s the latter…Are you unhappy with the results from the first billion?

Its a combination of both

I don't want this to be the end of Pep story with City

I want the club to give him whatever he needs & wish he will invest better.

It makes me sad reading what I’m reading, after everything he has done for us. Some should show a little fucking class. It’s a terrible run but we will come out of it. Show some fucking faith in a guy that has won us things we could hardly dream of previously.
Well said.

Some of the shit written is by straw clutching morons who are letting anger get the better of their judgment.

Pep is stubborn in that he's been too loyal to certain players but other than fill the team with kids he's done what he thinks was right in trusting players that have been a large part of our success. We have a culmination of problems brought on through injuries, fatigue, age, burn out and a general mental weakness that was showing signs (of losing our dominance) last season.

Just because he's failing does it mean he's a failure? Absolutely not! Pep Guardiola's tactics are proven to work, so much so that nearly every club manager has tried - is trying to emulate them. But in order for his tactics to work we need a fully fit squad focused to keep on winning and grinding out results when not playing well, just like we have for the last few seasons.

Nothing lasts forever and we have to accept we've peaked and we've now become a shadow of our former selves. I'm not surprised we're in a slump given the aforementioned reasons but what concerns me is how fast we've regressed. We used to have pace to burn but since treble season we have gradually lost it. We used to hunt in a pack and attack as a team and win the ball back easily. Nowadays we can hardly keep hold of the ball never mind win the ball back.

The stark truth is things will get worse before they get better. I don't know what the answer is but I think Pep needs to roll the dice and gamble on giving youth a chance because flogging ageing players who have lost their legs and confidence isn't working. I'm sticking with Pep because he deserves the chance to build a new squad and go again. He has to be honest with himself though and us because if he hasn't got the energy and drive left in his tank he needs to step down and let a new manager take over. I'd much rather see him step down with his pride and dignity intact because I'd hate to see him get sacked.

And as good as he's been no manager is infallible from the sack, not even Pep.
