he did say he leaves when team no longer responds to him. and this season it feels like his ideas are not working and the players do not respond and do not want to play this way anymore. he need to change his ideas or change about 60% of the squad. problem is remaining 40% still look way below par. Foden, Dias, Lewis wtc aint going anywhere but but good they are this season?

to get the best out of Haaland, Marmoush etc we need to alter our way of playing a lot.

Once again showing the level hes showed all season, clueless, no acceptance of error or willingness to change the game to get the result we badly needed. Maybe Capello was half right...

You can't see that Pep has totally changed the tactics? Everyone here was crying out for us to play more direct, today we did. We sacrificed possession for an extra forward, and we created enough to score 4 or 5. But individual errors at the back cost us 2 goals, and could have cost us another 2.
Those individual errors have been happening all season and if he can't coach it out of them that's on him, yes we were more direct today but mainly in the first half, we went mostly back to the slow rubbish in the second half which is no surprise considering he put Silva on, and that's another problem, his subs are atrocious, getting your most dangerous forward off with 5 minutes to go when you need a goal shows that there is something seriously wrong with him at the moment.

Would he though? There’s no risk staying at Bournemouth but all the risk of moving to a club which could be right on the edge of a freefall.

Not saying that we’re going to end up like United, but there could be a considerable drop if the squad and tactics aren’t addressed.

I think he would, he’d get a decent crack here, he’d have the time to implement his ideas.

Obviously all hypothetical, only happens when Pep decides he’s had enough.

How is he supposed to coach individual errors out of players who didn't make them before?

really want to see the Villa-PSG tie in CL to see what this level of opponents worth vs top end opponents.
Pep hyping up each week what fantastic rivals we have for CL places like Brighton, Villa, Newcastle, Chelsea, Forest etc, not sure this is true.

we did drop down to their level thats clear, but that doesnt make them incredible. Maresca for example criticized a lot by my Chelsea fans friends they dont think he is doing incredible well with them. he may only end up marginally better than Pochettino with big summer spending.. Villa with negative GD aint great either, but still alive in CL thats great for sure albeit heavily helped by lucky draw.

if PSG easily eliminates them that will tell us a lot.

You can call it individual errors but the majority of them stem from an inept set up that is exposing and causing players to make these errors continually.

Khusanov wouldn't have made that error if we had a suitable player (not doku) marking their tallest centre half who headed the ball back in.

Big questions need to be asked of him now. He has had a week to come up with something new and instead does nothing but more of the same. Strange tactics and subs most of the season now. Also, has helped to see the dumbing down on the squad in terms of quality.
They don’t need to be asked. He should be fired

Did the players have any time off before forest and before Brighton because if they did it’s an absolute disgrace. We can’t defend. We are awful in transition. We take and defend the worse set pieces in the league what on earth are we doing on the training pitch

Lewis isn't a right back. It's so so simple.
Play an academy player. Or ten men.
Do that and we win all the remaining games. ;)

If Fulham beat Spurs tomorrow, we’re 3 points off 10th. Inexcusable given the last two games have had a full week of rest in preparation.
