Hopefully today puts to bed the sideways passing midfield trio starting together

So what club it is? City or Chelsea? You think Pep's friend will sign a player without his approval. So good signing is on Pep but failure on Txiki?
Sure, he has an important saying, but the players he clearly wanted, Txiki couldn't get them. Guimaraes and Paqueta are certainly two players that Guardiola would love to have and Txiki fail in bringing them.

Is that Pep's fault? The midfield is Txiki's fault. Again, if it wasn't for Gundigan, Txiki would have not brought anyone for the midfield. Delusional

I agree, but what other options are? I would like Rico, but that means Walker has to play and he is having a nightmare of a season.

O'Reilly or McAtee? You are joking right?

I am the first who would love to see both Gundo and Bernardo as subs, but we don't have what is needed. That's the reality.

Bad day all round. Certainly not going to start going overboard though.
I’m just assuming it was down to players fitness. No way Pep’s watching that without doing the obvious sub he made so late without fitness being a factor.Obviously it’s a shame it wasn’t earlier as we’d have probably got something out of it

He's run out of ideas unfortunately. Need to let him go and bring in someone new for next season.

Recent performances do have that whole end of an era/going the motions vibe to them.

However, I think there’s a few mitigating factors before blaming Pep. We’ve been hammered with injuries and had piss poor recruitment for the past two years.

Any manager would struggle in those circumstances.

Why not Mcatee? He has an eye for goal and why keep him if he’s never going to play him

If he does go at the end of the season then he’s gone and done a Ferguson and left the next manager with a load of old players and the worse thing is we’re relying on an unproven man at this level to fix it.
