We have an ageing team of players with low physicality and pace in a League where almost every side has speed and strength. A League where teams have a clear template on how to combat a Pep team. He appears to have no new tricks left in his box to re write the tactical laws of the game and is sticking to a rigid formula that has been sussed.
The uncertainty of Pep leaving or staying is becoming a problem. His amazing tenure will end at some point but if he wants to stay and cling to a style and group of players that are a shadow of recent Seasons then his time will just fizzle out, So he should commit and rebuild .

Not to me. He was very average in Sheffield, and he has no physical presence (which is a problem for us right now) and he disappears far too often in matches (very few touches in general).Why not Mcatee? He has an eye for goal and why keep him if he’s never going to play him
If it was up to me, Grealish and Nunes are some physicality we need in midfield, but we can't use them there right now because of injuries.
I will criticize Pep if with full squad, the same 3 are playing, but right now there are not a lot of options.
