Will never have a bad word to say about the bloke. Genius. Best ever.

But I’m assuming the unwillingness to rebuild sooner was due to uncertainty over his future.

His refusal to try and play Wright or Oreilly there is starting to piss me off.

We have two players in there (Lewis and Gundogan) who can't run back and with Lewis he's not progressive enough on the ball.

He's under pressure for me.

The players are knackered and we've got bad injuries for sure, but you can't say our record would be worse if he'd tried a different system in the last 10 games.

Why is he STILL persisting with a system that needs physicality and discipline with players who aren't up to the job? It's glaringly obvious to all but him, it seems.

Same system, same players. Its not working. It wont work. Blind devotion to players who did it for him and did it superbly but 2 years ago.
Gundo and walker are totally finished. Kev isnt far nehind.

Far too stubborn.

I just sort of feel bad for Lewis and Gundogan (played every game) and Bernie.

How would that have looked if Wright and O Reilly played with fresh legs instead?

We will never know.

We would have lost 4-0, their Ipswich level at best.

Even if we get better when Kovacic/Ake/Akanji are back, he sure showed the world he can't coach an average team
Well to be fair he doesn’t usually coach average sides, as he’s one of the best managers in the world.

It’s not exactly an average side either. A few players off the league winning side

Pep is the problem. Buck always stops at the manager.

People are just too loyal to admit it. Which is fair.

Maybe he'll turn this around but I feel like he's too mentally exhausted to do it.

He has shown faith in his players for years and years and they have generally paid him back in spades but now they just can't.

We were unlucky with injuries but I don't think they excuse the chaos on the pitch these days. Everything is a shambles.

I don't mind us sticking with Pep and being shit. And I'd love to be wrong. But I also hope our top execs have an alternative lined up and are seriously considering immediate action.

We don't want to sleep walk like others have.

I keep reading that he’s working so hard to change things and working long hours in his office to turn it around, yet every game it’s the same thing
Bar Grealish in midfield he hasn’t tried anything different

Injuries haven’t helped mind

Huge caveat that he's got all the credit in the bank of course, but it's starting to look like he either doesn't know how to fix it or he's dogmatically sticking to principles. The last month has been a bit Mourinho for me, think he maybe regrets signing new contract.
