He is doing the best he can under the circumstances.

Given time we will be back.

A lot of upheaval ahead and I am glad he is here to do it.

Seriously tho, get angry and be upset but doubting this manager is silly.

The player bought have been shit and the old players who we have relied on are old and can’t or don’t want to do it anymore.

This is not a coaching problem.
It kinda is though. We are playing the same way with inferior players Whether inferior due to scouting or aging, don't matter.

He can't have the worst defense in the to 5 leagues over the last month and think 'Oh, it's a player issue.' This will only be true if we have some of the worst players in the top 5 leagues. We don't.

The club have fooked him this season with such piss poor transfers.
He's supposed to be the Greatest manager of all time, he's ha sa title winning team and the best academy in the world

He should be doing better, you can't blame the recruitment when he's on a 10 game slide of a relegation team

Sir Alex did a lot better with less

The fall off has been next level

the State of this stat:

Since the start of November, Manchester City have conceded more goals (20) across all competitions than any other team from Europe's big five leagues.

That is damning. The players we put out are still better than 75% of those teams. Playing the same way with inferior players is foolish. Pep, you’re a genius but this is just lunacy. Why isnt he changing it?
Bang on. Injuries and fatigue is becoming a tiresome excuse from a few people. The players we're putting out on the pitch should be doing better, a lot better in fact. Needs to halt this collapse dead in it's tracks now.

Take your head out of the sand, he’s picked the same team and same system for 6 weeks and nothing has changed… infact its only got worse. It’s up to him to find the best way of playing with the players he has available to get results. That’s his job, of course it’s also a pep problem.

Why wouldn’t it occur to him to try and make us more defensively sound if we’ve conceded the most goals of any team in Europes top 5 leagues since the start of November?!

If this slide continues I think he’ll be gone by Xmas.
It’s tragic that his legacy is unraveling in front of our eyes.
No team fears us anymore and Pep is locked in to a system that clear cannot work with the players available- so ffs just adapt .
He is not up against the managers he faced 5 years ago , but some very tactical astute coaches who know exactly where are weaknesses lie. Adapt or die is true in sport as in any business.

If this was United and we’d be saying the players have stopped playing for the manager . Been our greatest manager but one win in 10 is not a blip if no one comes in January then I don’t know what will happen .

Im sorry but am i reading things right. Some people want PEP, PEP out? Has the club been handing out free drugs that I missed.. Pep is last of the problems and its absolutely ungrateful of people to want him out. Insanity tbh

No, you're not reading things right. People are suggesting if this continues then his position will become untenable. That's entirely different from saying we want him gone.

I’m not saying pep out and I never would but you don’t have to be Einstein to see something is not right and even pep’s body language is not right but the problem on here is that we are now at a point where a lot think pep is bigger than Manchester City and is above criticism. You can criticise a Manager without wanting him gone .

As much as I like Pep and consider him the best, honestly, this season, he keeps repeating the same mistakes!!! Is he stubborn? Arrogance? Deniable? Does not learn from his mistakes? I don't understand.
This analysis tells everything (Since the start of November, Manchester City have conceded more goals (20) across all competitions than any other team from Europe's big five leagues).
If you keep repeating the same mistakes, don't expect to get better results.

Need your heads feeling if you want this guy sacked, Christ only 2 months ago every fucker wanted him to sign a 10 year contract! We win on Sunday everyone will be like he’s best thing since sliced bread.

It's interesting and humbling that no matter how good someone is they always decline if they keep doing it long enough.

In football we've seen it with Clough, Keegan, Mourinho, Wenger. The only way to avoid it is to sense it early enough and get out. (Maybe Ferguson did or maybe he didn't, not sure)

Pep in hindsight should have got out after the 4 in a row. We'd have been disappointed but he'd have the rest he deserves.

He has been too kind to us. His loyalty is his strength and his weakness.

(All that said maybe he wins us the PL and CL this season and we all wonder at his genius. C'mon City!)
I’ll have a pint of why you been drinking pal, no way this squad goes on a 15 game unbeaten run, getting two in a row would be a start

I agree and this weekend could be the start of a sad goodbye.

If I was Amorin I would be rubbing my hands at Sunday's' game, I fear it could be a day we thought we would not see for a long time.

We need whatever 11 that's goes out on that pitch to give their all and repay what this club and manager has given them, I am not sure they have done that in the last few matches.
