There you areProving so far that he really can't do it on a wet Wednesday in Stoke...
The players are not playing as a team. Lack of a leader, cohesion, and probably a bit hacked off with Pep style of play.

You all said he would do three years then fuck off, well nearly ten years later here is is , we dont sack managers like you do , the other poster that said you have a different culture is correct ,you dont know anything about how our club works and treats peopleThe problem is this would have to wait until the end of the season and the way things are going, City will not qualify for Europe which might make it difficult to make the quality signings that are needed. It seems to me that someone more short term is needed to turn the tide.
Another issue is that the players who are not at the end of their time here (Haaland, Doku, Gvardiol etc) are not being maximized under Pep's style. So to me it looks like a good moment to start a new cycle, where a new manager is given half a season as low pressure adaptation period, short term reenergizing the team with fresh atmosphere, get the most out of the current group, reach the CL, then get players in the summer that would complement the current ones in his vision. And I honestly believe that these players need a more quick transition kind of coach.
I understand City fans are very attached to Pep because of the success he's brought but its always better to leave before you become a villain. And knowing how Pep is notorious for his burnouts and needing time away to get his mojo back and then find a new challenge, I simply think its better to be proactive than reactive.
I'll go out on a limb and say that his culture is closer to cheeseburgers than tapas. You all said he would do three years then fuck off, well nearly ten years later here is is , we dont sack managers like you do , the other poster that said you have a different culture is correct ,you dont know anything about how our club works and treats people
He is a trolling **** is what i think !I'll go out on a limb and say that his culture is closer to cheeseburgers than tapas.
Walker as far as I can recall has not even done any press conferences, Diaz has and KDB, but he’s literally nowhere to be seen, if he wanted to lift a trophy before he went it will probably be for worst husband of the yearthe worst is the reaction form the squad was not really there at the news of his renewal. certainly not on the pitch.
our success is built a lot on the togetherness of the squad, the mood in the dressing room, it feels like bit of that is lost as well with mystery injuries, some staff leaving unexplained, even Walkers captaincy bit of a strange thing given how much he fell even in leadership let alone is his private life. did anyone else wanted to step up ad become the captain?
As our current record (since the end of Oct) is P13, W1, D2, L10 and (after Leicester, West Ham & Ipswich) we’ve got Chelsea, Spurs, Forest, Brighton, Arsenal, Liverpool & Newcastle in a row in the not too distant future, I can’t see that there’s anything to be lost from giving Reilly and McAtee the occasional run out, even if only from the bench. One look at Foden, Lewis and Gundogan jogging half-heartedly back as 4 Everton players bore down on 2 City defenders in stoppage time yesterday, says they certainly couldn’t do any worse or try any lessNot having the clamour for the eds to be flung in , we have a few new young players and they are a bit lost at the senior players not being able to nuture them, teenagers are not going to save us or have us winning games , ffs
But we have young players in the team who are getting battered , throwing teenagers into the games you listed is stupid imo . The players we have have to get us out of this funk , the youngers ones we have and i include thor in that know what they have to do and are trying .teenagers with no experience of playing in the first team are not going to help, they might have the legs to run but then whatAs our current record (since the end of Oct) is P13, W1, D2, L10 and (after Leicester, West Ham & Ipswich) we’ve got Chelsea, Spurs, Forest, Brighton, Arsenal, Liverpool & Newcastle in a row in the not too distant future, I can’t see that there’s anything to be lost from giving Reilly and McAtee the occasional run out, even if only from the bench. McAtee is same age as Doku and older than Savinho and Lewis. He's got experience of the league. But we have young players in the team who are getting battered , throwing teenagers into the games you listed is stupid imo . I get people are upset but please be rational
