PGMOL Apologise to Everton. It WAS a Penalty!

If Everton don’t get themselves out of this relegation fight, I expect them to get “the rub of the green” during some matches, just to be on the safe side.

I’ve no idea why Riley decided to issue an apology on this occasion and what he hoped to achieve, don’t remember him issuing an apology to Arsenal’s invincible’s for his performance against the rags, which was diabolical in comparison, and there have been far more worthy cases between then and now.

Lampard can proper fuck off now n’all. Implying it might be corrupt.

He’s was professional and decent enough in the season he was with us, he can get bent now though.

If they are relegated by one point or goal difference they might argue otherwise.

They can do what the fuck they like, as a penalty isn't a gaurentee of a goal they have fuck all case to say this decision was a factor while the lack od wins and draws throughout point to why they went down even by a point if happens.

Same bullshit as the west ham/blade bollocks you get relegated over a season not a single game

It’s not like they’ve had a goal wrongly disallowed. Or City scored a winner that should have been disallowed.

Like I said on a previous page: Everton only had a chance to have a kick at goal denied, with a ‘keeper who saves 1 out of 6 penalties he faces, with him saving the last one he faced against Everton, and 17% of Premier penalties are missed anyway.

There’s no guarantee that Everton would have scored. And there’s no guarantee that if they did, we wouldn’t still have gone on to win since there were still 12 minutes of the game left after that incident (6 minutes of normal time to go and 6 minutes were added on!), and there may have been more to add on if you include the taking of the penalty and the celebration, it could have been 7 minutes added on giving us 13 minutes to find a winner.

Not a problem at all . Handball maybe but it was offside . Case closed
It was a clear handball and anyone trying to defend that is foolish but why the FA has apologized is utterly bizarre and sets a dangerous president.

It was a huge cluster F**k of a decision but that's sport, mistakes happen. Rules are not black and white, clearly the case with the decision on Saturday, sometimes common sense has to transpire, sadly the PL Referees and the VAR officials are simply incompetent and incapable of making simple decisions.
