Haha well played that blue, he’s caught loads in that net
One, there were two in that game alone plus a shove in the back in the box on a City player, also " missed".Another ex-Scouse player turned pundit and bullshitter stealing a living via our licence fee money working for the BBC.
Lawrenson was reviewing Everton vs Man City.
“Obviously at the weekend against Everton they got away with one. That handball decision was just staggering, when you consider that someone is watching all of the angles of the picture of the handball and decided that there’s nothing wrong with it, and that’s probably the worst ever decision VAR has ever made, I can’t think of a worse one,” Lawrenson said.
I can you Scouse c*nt!
Dermot Gallagher is spouting bollocks in that Sky video. He talks about there being "no element of doubt" in the second still, which is cobblers because the second still is taken from behind so you can't even know for sure the ball was in contact with Rodri at that point. Moreover he claims that this is an angle VAR looked at, but when you look at the VAR replays (as shown in the video at 23 secs) you can see that the rear view VAR looked at was NOT the same one Gallagher claims they were looking at. You get a clear view of the white lines on the pitch in one but not in the other.
This is just really basic stuff. You cannot say that any still, especially one taken from behind, is definitive proof of anything, but that's what Sky are doing here.
When you watch the actual replays that VAR was looking at, whatever angle you choose the ball seems to bounce off Rodri at the end of his sleeve - so it's understandable that VAR could not see clear evidence of it being handball.
How many goals has been disallowed coz of offside during build up ?It was a clear handball and anyone trying to defend that is foolish but why the FA has apologized is utterly bizarre and sets a dangerous president.
It was a huge cluster F**k of a decision but that's sport, mistakes happen. Rules are not black and white, clearly the case with the decision on Saturday, sometimes common sense has to transpire, sadly the PL Referees and the VAR officials are simply incompetent and incapable of making simple decisions.
I think the apology has more to do with Liverpool not clawing a couple of points rather than EFC getting a draw!Only seems to be an issue if it goes in our favour. Everton and complaining go hand in hand. Weirdos.
I think we did, but I don't recall it coming straight after the game.Did City get an apology for that?
It might mean more if they apologised to Juventus. Why do scousers always want an apology for everything. Are they such an insecure and needy bunch that someone saying sorry means they somehow have a moral higher ground, whilst never saying sorry themselves.
