PGMOL Apologise to Everton. It WAS a Penalty!

Press speculation that a phone call was made to apologise is made up bullshit.

Have Riley’s crew actually issued a statement ? Until they do then it’s a non story.

What is wrong with this country ? Why are people so scared of scousers ?

They police force are shit scared of them
The press/media are shit scared of them
The football bodies are shit scared of them
The refs are shit scared of them.
A player gobs on fans
A player celebrates holding a flair
An ex player gobs on a little girl
The fans attack team buses
They have a fucking horrible accent
They hack into computers
They players cheat and dive
They want to know all about our covid19 cases

Everton are almost as bad as liverpool now. Something is serious wrong with that part of the country.

No other section of society is treated like this.

Are Chelsea getting an apology after that liverpool players wasnt red carded for taking off the Chelsea players manhood ?

Red card all day long

The new extra rhetoric is that even if it was offside, it was a different phase of play after Ederson saved the shot.

Whatever people say, the three points are in the bag. We got away with it however anybody wants to dress their argument.
A keeper making a save isn't a new phase of play normally for offside purposes, but it is for VAR?

So it you are clearly offside with no flag you need to wack it against the keeper negating the offside and put in the rebound as a new phase.

Nah, if an offside player latches onto a parried shot and scored, that's not a new phase of play. He's still offside.
The ball went miles up in the air. A new phase in play is when the defence are able to reset, which you could argue the ball in the air did.

Did we get an apology or even media coverage for our non penalty at Southampton recently which potentially cost us 2 points. Of course not. Did Villa get an apology for Jota’s recent dive. Did Chelsea get an apology over the missed red on Sunday.
Did we get an apology for Milners non 2nd yellow

The club needs to go on the offensive with questioning.

For a start they should be asking the question why Everton were allowed to time waste, like so many, from the 1st minute yet fuck all is done, no time added on for it, yet Edderson is often booked. Pickford was taking the piss till they went 1 down and yet Eddie gets the booking again.

Should be looking into officials appointments and asking why Darren England who never spots any Dippers infringement ( 2 v Cardiff, 1 v Chelsea) is often involved in games involving them. Think his last 8 appointments have been Dippers 5 times and us 2. Oliver being appointed for the Rags game was so obvious.

should be asking why officials are always in our passing lanes.

should be asking how we are penalised for fouls so often yet never receive fouls on us. A poster here has stats where its obvious we are reffed differently v the opposition with fouls per tackle attempt, especially in first halfs.

Wasn't one of their club officials ejected from the Etihad directors box a few seasons back?

Because there was the offside followed by a shot which bounced up and hit the arm. There’s no way it’s not the same phase of play.

from the rules:

For decisions/incidents relating to goals, penalty/no penalty and red cards for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO), it may be necessary to review the attacking phase of play which led directly to the decision/incident;

I disagree.

A) He shouldn't have been able to have the shot after receiving the ball from an offside position in the first place.
B) The ball wasn't in the air that long and Rodri never had it under control because it was spinning all over the place.

So you agree it looks offside now?

So why was the Brighton penalty awarded despite an offside in the build up?
