Have to agree. I would never chase down a player.I'm sorry, but those guys are fucking morons.
Not the whole pitch invasion, not everyone that had themselves a good time, but the guys chasing down our players like zombies, are utter twats.

I'm sure Jeremy was so grateful for this experience.
On a serious note.
Players mindsets towards pitch invasion have changed.
Once players would have been happy to be surrounded and carried off shoulder high by the fans. Most of us older City fans have seen that and may have been involved in that? Some City players have had that experience in their careers and looked back on it fondly in their interviews. Now players just want to get off the pitch as fast as they can.
We got a £250k fine two years ago and warned about our future conduct. How do you feel about Jeremy Doku being chased? Is that alright? Or a West Ham player being jumped on? Do these blokes not have a right to have their personal space respected? Are you alright with a small number of our fans having to leave out of necessity and miss the presentation? I guess it's tough shit for them, their fault for having other commitments. I might be a "fanny", but unlike you, at least I'm not selfish.Imagine writing a post about flawed logic and then post that tosh. Waiting a bit longer for a presentation is the same as passive smoking? Quite odd but probably isn't the weirdest thing I've seen posted in here. Without googling what sanction did we get last year? I couldn't tell you and I imagine City aren't arsed otherwise it would be handled differently. All the stewards were laughing and joking saying they know we are going on, they wasn't briefed to try and stop any invasion. The metal bars at Wembley stop a mass invasion and quite easily. With us winning it that often, the club would introduce them if they was that bothered. They also wouldn't brief the club photographers to go on the pitch too taking pictures of fans if they was that bothered. Wind your neck in you fanny.
I just meant symbolic to be fair, not difficult to see who's going over the boards early. As for stooping, abiding by the law isn't that low really is it?Ban the first 50? Have we really stooped that low? Also how you deciding who the first 50 are, maybe ask VAR to help you draw the lines
I think it is both, the pitch invaders' mindsets have also changed. Which came first, hard to say.
But if the players changed mindset means they don't want hugged, carried on their shoulders, jumped on to piggyback some arse, or selfied, then people should just well respect that.
The players are now much more cocooned and wrapped up in cotton wool by the club, that the players themselves are more mindful of getting caught up in a pitch invasion. Not to mention a FA Cup final next week against the Rags.
Careful mate. Consideration of others makes you a boring **** or a fanny. And (some of) the fans don't seem to give a fuck about anything or anyone.
Yeah that is well out of order. Some are just fucking idiots. The guy jumping on the west ham players back is lucky he didn't get lamped. Absolute idiot.
You know what, i've changed my mind. Fuck pitch invasions. The few are ruining it for the many, sure, but I'd rather see none than the few now, if that's how idiotic they are going to be.
