PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

My lad just asked me “why is everybody calling City cheats”
I replied “because they say we spent a bit more money than we should have done.. but we didn’t steal it… it was our money”
He answered “well that’s not cheating.. you do it all the time”

He makes a good point

I thought today was the day all the managers would have had something to say about the allegations towards City but none have said a word the fucking cowards, justice is coming to all.
