I think you’re dead right. They could have really damaged us a decade ago but any attempts to kill us off now we’re treble winners, completed the threeple etc…let alone the global football clout of CFG and Abu Dhabi at our back…not a fucking chance. The total arrogance of Liverpool FC. They are trying to interfere in a legal case of one of their commercial rivals. It couldn't happen in any other industry. How long do they think a case involving millions of documents and 115 allegations will take? This is more complex than many criminal cases handled by the Serious Fraud Office and will take years. They can't keep their noses out of other clubs' business. They are the most despicable club in European football. The source of this story is Kieran Maguire, Liverpool-based, and a genuine football finance expert. He knows plenty about Liverpool's dirty tricks.

PB - apologies if this has already been answered but just whilst you're here...

Do you have knowledge of how the panel works in terms of "who goes first", IE does the Premier League out their evidence across and we then defend ourselves? Or do we show all of our submissions which we believe proves us to have acted legally and they then get the opportunity to pick holes and attack our submissions?

Appreciate how criminal trials work but just wonder if this is the same?

How can we ‘go first’ if we don’t get charged? They put forward their ‘evidence’ then we take it down bit by bit. :)

Although I would like to know what "leading the push" and "applying pressure" entails. As far as I was aware, this is now completely out of the PL's hands and sits with the Independent Commission. It makes sense that they pushed for charges, but in terms of reaching a verdict I've no idea how they think they'd possibly have a say in that.

If you look at the independent commission that handed down the 10 points deduction for Everton. One guy is now working on behalf of Leeds to extract compensation out of Everton and another was a finance director at West Ham, how can that be an independent panel with no vested interest? Expect more of the same coming for us.

City should just refuse to acknowledge the tribunals decision if it is corrupt as we all think.

Stop playing matches, stop it all and wait for the regulator to be installed.

Just say IF the PL decide to pursue and issue a punishment to CITY for FFP and to other top tier clubs like Chelsea will this push the Euro Super League back onto the scene?

Bear in mind UEFA and the financial mess of Barca, Madrid and in Italy...not to mention PSG - the pressures is growing.....

Is this all a VERY BIG risk for PL and UEFA as all these clubs might just be handed the ammo and excuse to say "fuck you PL and UEFA we are off to set up our own league" and just maybe if us 'the fans' see it as US being punished by PL and UEFA we might just not fight against it as much as last time......Im just thinking ahead where football is going - COULD FFP have this a dominoe effect?
