PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Question - if the Premier league are trying to hang stuff on City on accounts up the season 17-18. Why at the same time are Uefa not doing so at the same time? They have access to our accounts and audit it for FFP purposes and having referenced anything towards breaches they tried to do us for in Summer 2020. If Uefa haven’t got a smoking gun how come the premier league has?

Is it really correct that we will have no right to appeal any decision made by a panel of hand picked Rag/Liverpool sycophants ?

Surely there must be an arbitration and appeal process ?

What options do we have then to challenge a Premier League Kangaroo Court finding ?

They talk about justice and transparency yet operate like a Cartel.
City or the Premier League can appeal any decision.
It cannot be referred to CAS though.

Government due to appoint an independent regulator of football. They don't really want to do it, the Premier League don't want it to happen and the big clubs don't want it to happen, more scrutiny isn't good for them.

Following this announcement it's been conveniently delayed as the Premier League try to show their tough stance.
yup, the timing is suspicious to say the least

From The Grauniad...

Murray Rosen KC has been asked by the Premier League to select a three-person panel to form the commission that will hear the charges. At least one member of this panel must be a financial expert. The hearings will be conducted in private and there is no timeframe on how long the commission will take to complete its work. Legal experts imagine a matter of months. After the commission publishes its verdict, either side can go to an appeals panel and, after that, arbitration. If all that fails, a party could try to find an argument to take to the high court. Under the rules of association of the Premier League there is no opportunity for either party to go to the court of arbitration for sport (Cas) in Switzerland.

UEFA were time barred.
Premier league isn’t.

So let me get this right that we are charged with not 5, not 50, not 99, but 100 indiscretions. That's a nice round figure for the media to get their teeth in.
Are any other PL clubs charged or to be charged? I am damned sure that most will be responsible for many, many indiscretions of their own over the same period and beyond.
I just hope the club come out with all guns firing. This may be the last chance saloon as THEY are determined to derail our wonderful club.
Saves rewriting the Grealish headlines
