Mischief-making by the Telegraph. I expect getting that headline was the sole purpose of requesting an interview with him. They even tell you the loaded question they asked to elicit the required response.

And he uses the word "concrete" out of context twice. I don't think he knows what it means.

It’s literally happening right now to Everton who are going to be relegated, lose their new investors and quite probably end up in administration based upon the ruling of 6 people (IC + appeals board) with no chance of appeal outside the prescribed PL processes.

Of course it’s perfectly acceptable and understandable to wish there was a separate recourse available, but that’s not reality - so long as the IC and Appeals IC don’t enact a kangaroo court and openly ignore cogent submissions, which won’t happen, the appeals route ends there.

Wrong. As with most things regarding city's case and city in general, new precedents are being set on a continuous basis. If they rule us guilty and dish out a punishment they MUST prove we have committed fraud which is a criminal offence, as such it would have to be seen out in proper courts and not by some out of their depth football bods playing judge and jury

He could have just said he accepts the decision of CAS and nothing else.

It suggests that, as UEFA Treasurer, David Gill is still carrying influence with Ceferin. And that our pals at MUFC are still conducting their smear campaign against City. One day MUFC are briefing the Times that Berrada is leaving City and he is not tainted by any of the "fraud " allegations. The next day it's the Telegraph (who are already campaigning against Sheikh Mansour to stop the Telegraph takeover) who report that the Head of UEFA thinks City are guilty.
Meanwhile Rick Parry (LFC proxy) is still having private chats with Simon Jordan, spreading poison in his ear about City and the PL investigation. None of these things happen by accident. This is not a conspiracy theory. These are conspiracy facts.

It is a story though. If you read the full article Ceferin is at pains to say that he doesn't want to interfere in the PL case. But his opening remark about the PL case was stupid and reminiscent of his absurd comment that "UEFA had a concrete case" against City. That comment undermined UEFA totally and played into the hands of our lawyers. These new comments will not harm Citys battle against the PL. It implies that there is still some collusion between our enemies at UEFA and those within the PL leadership. It may help our lawyers again.

Pretty certain part of City's argument at CAS was the constant leaks.
Whilst not a leak, the article is clear attempt to infer guilt.
