Whatever we do I hope it isn't acquiesce, this should be used as a starting point to stop the red filth from using their own rules to deny other sporting clubs from achieving greatness.

I really don't like the term Horse trading it invokes a scenario where we are getting into bed with them, we should just be fucking them from every angle.

Do we really want the PL to be a financial casualty? Let them collect from the Club members while we tell them we told them so.
PL rules need to be legal if someone takes them to Court.
Let the PL explain why they defended if they dare or make Mr M their scapegoat.

Not sure we want the PL to be hammered into financial ground.
