Wasn’t this City’s argument to the High Court It’s also one major reason as to why Super League won v UEFAThe PL also has its own sponsorship deals. Why should any private firm open its books to a third party which has a track record of leaking sensitive information to the media. It really is madness. Masters is a total moron.

I sincerely hope that is exactly the same line of evidence that the PL offers the panel, as it will be a very short deliberation if it is.Similar with arsenal fan.

My favourite is the stuff about how quickly the club rose from relative mediocrity to world champions. This apparently can’t be done without cheating.
I point out that 30 years ago no-one had heard of Amazon, but a business with the right plans, the right ambition and the right people doing the right jobs, there is no need to cheat.

Yes that's the narrative, the facts are only five clubs have spent more time in the top division than city, we truly are one of the "BIG SIX".FFS, you'd think we rose from Manchester Sunday league Div. 7, we finished 9th in the PL the season before ADUG took over.

It was also the reason why we refused to co-operate with UEFA and why CAS massively reduced our fine. There is something drastically wrong at the top of the PL leadership team. It is ridiculous to expect huge private firms to share their confidential business information with their commercial rivals. That is a huge financial risk for any firm to make. No sane person would trust the senior people at the top of the PL not to leak information. They have been totally compromised by giving undue influence to a small group of clubs at the expense of every other club. It is just a re-run of the UEFA debacle. Richard Masters was told by a Commons Select Committee Chair: "It appears that you don't know what you are doing." That was a reference to the Super League fiasco but Masters can't continue in his current role. Our fantastic bargains go unnoticed too. Akanje £15m, Julian A £16m, Ortega free and our free men from the academy, Phil, Rico, Oscar. 6 of the current senior squad, likely starters, cheap as chips.Sounds about right, the same with our transfers, they become big stories with signing on and agents fees etc. What is never mentioned is that over the last few years we have received over half a billion incoming to balance the books, which most opposition fans seem unaware of. probably because it's a story that doesn't get the engagement.
