Gotta say seeing kompany having our back at this time shows what kind of man he is. Easy for him to distance himself but he genuinely loves the club and I sincerely hope he is our manager one day.

That’s what I thought yesterday. The reason why we accepted a fine (I think we did anyway) is we knew this day would come and we had to have ammunition to fight back. I could be wrong, as I have no clue about law at all.

Quick couple of questions @projectriver and apologies if they've already been answered somewhere within the thread.

1) Do you foresee any chance of this being settled prior to any arbitration or hearing taking place? IE both party's - City and the PL - to reach some kind of mutual agreement or settlement?

2) If not, and the hearing/panel goes ahead, do you think it helps or hinders (or has no bearing) on our chances of a more favourable outcome given that we nor the PL can appeal the result to the high court unless there are the issues which you've described?

City's accounts must be the most scrutinized ever. It seem unlikely to me that the PL will have found something which was not found by the previous investigations.

If they can’t be trusted to get the charges right on day 1 - with no pressure to rush them out - then how can they be trusted at all?!

I don’t think you’ll need many guesses to nail that it’s millions, and which clubs will be doing so.
