But the media and other clubs would probably cite how much we spend and have spent on the academy over the last ten years etc hoovering up all the young talent etc They'll never acknowledge our
victories whatever we do.

Yeah the new goal posts are can only spend 70% of revenue going forward but it's a 3 year process..

The current year is 90%, next year is 80%, and then 70% from then on..



It's probably why Gooners, Chelski are spending a ton now, because they won't be allowed that much in the following years.

But as long as our revenue is bigger than the other teams.. our 70% of the revenue will be bigger than their 70%.

Next is salary cap and within 4 years , pl will be new mls 2.0

Well even MLS had to wisen up and add the designated player rule.. i.e. superstars get paid more than normal players and you're allowed 3 max per team.

So I'm sure they'll find a work around since Haaland is the face of the league and European footy now.

I expect them to agree to anything to keep him away from Saudi hands.
