PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Yep. Leicester winning the league was indeed amazing, no doubt, but its not quite the squeaky clean fairy tale we are fed.

As an aside, i think there was a concerted effort by the prem to get leic over the line. Morgan and huth got away with fuckin murder every game!
However, i dont begrudge at all.
I have zero issues with their PL title, it was a superb effort, even if it was a sporting fluke.

It's where and how the owners family has obtained their wealth.

There have been no leaks so far after what appears to be an age. Is this good news or not? I would have expected someone leaking something, good or bad, after all this time.

If the Premier League had all the evidence they needed they would not have been sat on this case for over 3 years without putting out charges. They then did that last February, if they can charge City shouldn’t all the evidence be there in black and white in City’s accounts to fuck us over straight away? Why is there a delay and why can’t they enforce their own rule book? Why do they then need to appoint a panel independent to the Premier League to give a verdict? Something tells me they ain’t so confident in what they are doing.

As a data controller, certainly. What we do know is that for a lengthy period, an existing users password was used to access data. Two rules that any data controller should have in place for their users:

1) change your password regularly.
2) dont let anyone else know your password.

We dont know exactly how 2 failed, but any 'data loss' would have been minimised if 1 had been followed.
#1 is very bad advice and goes against current industry practices.

If you enforce password changes on people then that password gets weaker and weaker as time goes by. It's much better to have one password with high entropy (a three random word approach is a very good starting point) with enforced 2FA is all that is needed.

Indeed. #1 just means people have a digit they increase by one each time.

I’ve used the 3 words (and more) approach for nigh on 20 years. And 2FA as much as possible (ie when what you are logging into supports it!)

As an aside, BM allows you to have a 2FA (2 step verification) via an authentication App (google/microsoft), it can be enabled on BM by clicking ‘Profile’ and then ‘password and security’

Just heard the Ukranians are going after our beloved owner now for assisting Russians in moving assests. If guilty the prem rules state he can't own a PL football club.

Strange it's only him from tbe UAE government. Sounds a but fishy almost as if someone with an anti City agenda has got a Ukranian to front it.

So we arent state owned now?

Regardless, thats really not good if any truth to it

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, we kid ourselves that the world unites around Ukraine, it doesn't. There are pro Ukraine countries and pro Russian countries, but most people live in countries that maintain a quiet indifference and the UAE is one of them, as far as they're concerned they don't have a dog in the race.

This is a follow up to the first letter sent in September last year, 13 months ago! This is deader than a very dead thing.

'Activist' who wishes to be nameless. Something fishy
“For the avoidance of doubt, we make no allegations as to any particular conduct of Sheikh Mansour."

So what are they skriking about then?!
