I don't think that's the case is it? I seem to remember Project River (or another of our authorities on the matter) saying something like we might only have recourse to the Courts if we could demonstrate some preposterous legal shortcoming in the Tribunal's findings. Failing that, the 2nd Tribunal would be the end of the road. Either way, I can only imagine the hysteria were we to pursue the option of a 2nd Tribunal, whilst continuing to win trophies at the same time.

It was in the Mail on 30 November that a date had been set for Autumn 24. Generated 1.1k comments so it's essentially recycling outrage.

Doubtless it will be recycled again three or four times before the hearing.

The problem now is if clubs voted to abandon these rules I can't see them getting anywhere near 14 clubs voting for it. you'll get the top 6 voting to keep it and you'll also get the bottom 5 voting to keep it as well to drag other teams into a battle for survival. What a shit state of affairs

Spot on. Also if you take away social media and the rags propaganda machine in Sky no one would be bothered by city. It’s the in your face round the clock lies that has generated the hate. The sheer volume of hate should not and cannot equal guilt.

What happened to the dodgy Russian at Chelsea? They took his money gleefully until Ukraine. Now the new American owners are stressing that they came forward to tell the truth lol. Do me a favour. The league did nothing then and have no grounds to do anything now.
