PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The one thing that won't happen is for us to be exonerated, the PL will word any statement to the effect of "right to bring the charges but unable to provide definitive proof". Gives everyone enough wriggle room to think we have "got off" rather than been cleared.
If they can't do anything to us than we're exonerated, by us. The Prem can say whatever they want. I have zero respect for their words...

A personal message from HHSM

Let me start by thanking my dear friend @LeonardoDaVnci for the use of his BMF account to speak with you today. I would urge all of you to read his excellent posts within this thread, and if you can find it your hearts, please press the Like buttons.

My dear friend @gordondaviesmoustache I would like to share with you a famous proverb used here in the Arab world...

"Ala al-baghi tadur al-dawair"

This means the wheel of injustice turns against the oppressor. It underlines the concept of karma or divine justice. It suggests that those who commit injustices will eventually face the consequences of their actions.

I give you a solemn promise, those slimy toads, the dippers, the rags, the arses and their little poodle who defame, besmirch and smear our beloved Manchester City will pay for their actions a thousand times over. Be strong Bluemooners, @gordondaviesmoustache be patient, I will never disappoint you.

PS For the Arse game I have arranged a free bar at MaryDs to say thank you for your eternal loyalty.

They won't get away with that this time.
They shouldn't have been allowed to get away with it the first time at uefa.
City's biggest mistake.

The UEFA Investigatory Chamber was corrupt. See City’s interlocutory appeal at CAS. CAS were scathing in their ratio, but could not rule in our favour as their jurisdiction was over completed cases only. Hardly a mistake from us that they refused to follow due process.

I fear that the 100 percent PL chosen Panel may contain similar minded KCs.

Is this possible?
That is my worry too - but I guess we have put confidence in the words regarding panel members set out in the FAQ post

We should also demand Howard Webb comes on a free transfer from the Rags. And put up that welcome to Manchester Bill Board again pointing towards Trafford with him in it

A time to remember this magnificently prophetic piece from 2013
The scan of that letter from the red shirts and spuds to the PL in the article needs screenshotting and spread all over social media just to show the thickos who believe the crap that comes out of Simon Jordan's gob and the other inarticulate know nowts in the MSM. People need to know that there really is a cartel and its been alive and kicking since we pissed on their chips and had the temerity to win the league on 2012. the charges levelled at City is fuck all to do with FFP and 100% there to serve the cartel's self protection agenda.
