Whose account in the bank?Interest free loan, sat in the bank earning interest. Who is the accountant here? :)
How do City benefit?
You need to think this one through!

Seems abit bizarre to me that City are paying through the pl to for the hearing against City

He’s a lawyer & financial advisor. If you make more money on talksport than real work it’s a worry.
I can assure you he doesn't. When @slbsn talks about how long legal cases take and who earns what money, you should listen to him :)
The Manchester City Sovereign Wealth Fund…
£1b (conservative 5%) would be worth £2b in 15 years
Not too different to what he did in 2008.
Good idea. Staffed entirely by City fans this time. I'll apply to be CFO, as long as I can work from home ......... in Thailand. Chances?
Too all those clubs that are concerned i have only this to say:
Dont start none, wont be none

@KS55 it doesn't. And as expected it's now being used against big bad City. Several papers have now ignored this part and are just stating that the Premier League will not be able to dish out as much money to the 'little' clubs thanks to the PL having to spend so much on lawyers to fight City.I assume that does not include an amount for the current farce.
Carragher is a very decent football pundit, his knowledge of the game is huge and he clearly thinks and watches a lot of football and it's tactics etc, but his major problem is that scouse bitterness is always under the surface and he can't resist digs at us and what our club has achieved on and off the pitch.Carragher is just a your typical pundit
Knows everything but has zero back up to any of it
He doesn’t want us to be bigger than Liverpool therefore we can’t be
They changed the rules to stop us spending our own money, then it’s related parties, then loans
Next it will be you can’t wear blue
Problem is the city lad on the overlap is a bellend just like the united local brummie glory hunter
When people say the PL are on a suicide mission isn't this all part of it in that the action with City is just the tip of the iceberg for them and they could easily find themselves with actions to deal with from Etihad, Etisalat, auditors who by extension have all acted fraudulently. How thick can they possibly be. They are using emails of Khaldoon saying how much he’d spend on legal & they took no notice when estimating their costs.
It does surprise me that there is no countersuits for the reputational damage that these companies have acted in an industrial scale fraud. When people say the PL are on a suicide mission isn't this all part of it in that the action with City is just the tip of the iceberg for them and they could easily find themselves with actions to deal with from Etihad, Etisalat, auditors who by extension have all acted fraudulently.
There is absolutely nothing that has happened in the last three months that should affect how people feel about this hearing. If people were confident three months ago, rationally they should still be confident now
If they are making an emotional response to what is written or said in the media, then they should stop reading or listening to anything in the media at all. Or, at the very least, whenever they do read or see some complete drivel in the media take a few moments to consider each time the point in the first paragraph and ask " what did I actually learn from this that should affect my judgment?". I can assure you the answer for the next three months, at least, will be nothing at all.
Almost every headline at the moment regarding us is based on quotes by Keith Wyness. He obviously has an agenda, probably due to the fact Everton have been deservedly fucked over by the PL and now he feels we should be done also. He's a convenient soundbite source for the red shirt media to use as quoting his previous role title " ex PL Chairman" appears to give his quotes some authority.Seen some bellend ex Everton CEO or something saying he’s heard whispers from the court that a settlement will be agreed and it will result in 1, possibly 2 relegations
WTF.. what planet is he on? As if city would agree to settle the case with that!!!!

He's a petulant child, he is incapable of holding back his biases and he is petty in debate whenever Liverpool are criticised. His spitting at that girl shows everything he is distilled into one small incident.Agree except that I'd remove 'very'. He's decent, makes some interesting points.
But that all happens after matches, I'd bet that he's spoonfed all his analysis by real analysts who understand the data.
I don't recall him ever coming up with astute and relevant tactical points while he's live on co-commentary.
Just imagine the piss boiling.Mansoor should buy out the pl. If we can have the Emirates fa cup then no problem with the Etihad premiership ;-)
That would be beyond the remit of the PL. They could kick us out of the PL if they find us guilty, then it's up to other governing bodies if they accept City. But it's all moot anyway as City have done fuck all wrong other than trump the red top achievements.Seen some bellend ex Everton CEO or something saying he’s heard whispers from the court that a settlement will be agreed and it will result in 1, possibly 2 relegations
Wyness has been spouting his vitriol for a few months now, much of it on F365 who themselves have a clear agenda. I'm not sure exactly what we've done to the **** to turn him into the king of bitter scousers, but whatever it was, we need to do it again and againAlmost every headline at the moment regarding us is based on quotes by Keith Wyness.
