I would absolutely go after Carragher. He has been a consistent source of snide conjecture and misinformation lapped up by fans of his club. He is still doing it now, and will continue to do it. He is a figurehead who needs putting firmly in his place: litigating against him will punish him for the past and correct him for the future. If it doesn't, then we sue his employers for failing to control their employee.
