You have to worry about the well being of some, based on some of the posts in here, if we were to be found guilty. As you say, there is an element of being far too needy - and that’s whilst the outcome is rumoured to be positive!
He’s a legend in his own mind but he will win the championship this year without a doubt. He’s very much of the “I’ll make the pass or die trying” mindset and will win enough races through others moving out of the way to get the points.

What a load of baloney in that article! It took City 30 years to recover etc. City were not relegated because of any punishment and finished 1907-08 3rd in the League. They had 1 season in Div 2 (1909-10) until relegation in 1926. They were the best supported club in the league in 1910-11, 1914-15 and then again in 1927-28 and 1928-29. They moved to Maine Rd in 1923 and were League runners up in 1920. FA Cup finalists in 1926 & 1933 then FAC winners in 1934. Basically, they had a more successful 30 years than many of their rivals.
Not guilty of all 115 charges? Wouldn’t we have heard by now if they’d dismissed all charges? Think of all of the time they would have saved not having to discuss punishments

I'm not saying he'll be proven correct but if we were cleared of all charges it would still take them months to write up the verdict

The best ones usually have in my experience. Every corner is theirs by default until proven otherwise by a Supreme Court trial. Still, helped you onto the podium and within touching distance still. You reckon you've got a chance this season?
