A. We don't know. It could be bad for City or indeed it could be bad for the PL.

Nor was this summary from Super88 what was said and, as surprising as it may be, very many people do not have as deep an understanding of all aspects of this case as those who have participated in 10,000 pages of debate on here.

We failed UEFA FFP early on and paid a huge fine.

If you are referring to the 2014 case, there was a settlement between UEFA and City in which it was explicitly stated the City did not accept they had broken any rules.
