And City are sufficiently naive to not have noticed any of this? What did our lawyers tell our club?
Exactly the same, presumably?

OK, did our lawyers not notice any of this?
“If you need answers email fatponce.com”Utd won't get done like others get done. Worzel gummidge in charge was crying poverty a few months ago, they was going to run out of money, they won nothing last year and have made over 200 redundancies.
If you need answers email fatponce.com at the Premier League and he'll tell you nothing to see here.
The fact the two red plastic bellend clubs are spending more than others tells you that something has happened behind the scenes and these two have been given free reign.
My guess is we're completely innocent and these two yank owned clubs have been told to spend before it all changes or have be given the nod because we've unearthed the corruption that's been going on.
Just a thought.
Your 115th message on bluemoon……I’d have saved that for the verdict, mind that’d mean you couldn’t post again this century.I've been reflecting a bit on the time scale of this recently, bare in mind I have no expertise, but if there are 130 charges and each one takes the panel on average 3 or 4 working days to make a decision, we aren't going to hear anything at all this year even, for the full report it could well take until next summer, no need for conspiracy theories. I think we've all got a bit carried away (myself included) with the idea the verdict would be made public last spring, but really no one has any idea how long this would take (including some experts), there hasn't been any case even remotely like this one before.
I knew no one would like it, I find the thought depressing myself, but I'm currently caught up in my own legal case (civil), it's simpler than City's case yet it has been dragging on for a lot longer. But as far City goes it's simple maths, 130 charges times 3 days each is over 18 months, and whilst it's right that some charges are wrapped up with each other and could be disposed of quicker than this, other charges might take a couple of weeks. What I'm saying is, the amount of time taken so far doesn't mean City haven't won (or have), or that there is a conspiracy to hold anything up, or even that there has been any delays at all.Your 115th message on bluemoon……I’d have saved that for the verdict, mind that’d mean you couldn’t post again this century.
My thoughts exactly. If City were fucked it would be out now. The Premier league are trying to save face
Yip pretty sure if it was not going well for us there would be some sort of info released by now.If City were fucked it would be out now. The Premier league are trying to save face
130 charges ? They're not 130 separate charges or are you on the wind up ?I knew no one would like it, I find the thought depressing myself, but I'm currently caught up in my own legal case (civil), it's simpler than City's case yet it has been dragging on for a lot longer. As for the number of times I've posted, I'm having none of this 115 bollox it's 130 (roughly).

Save your 130th then for HOPEFULLY……the CELEBRATIONS;)I knew no one would like it, I find the thought depressing myself, but I'm currently caught up in my own legal case (civil), it's simpler than City's case yet it has been dragging on for a lot longer. Agreed. If City were in trouble then the big mouths at the red shirts couldn't contain themselves and would make sure it was known via the usual media suspects. If City were fucked it would be out now. The Premier league are trying to save face
Well don't get me started on lawyers!! They have a deeply ingrained interest in keeping the pot on the boil for as long as necessary. And City are sufficiently naive to not have noticed any of this? What did our lawyers tell our club?
Not GDM though. He empties the pot as soon as it's boiled.Well don't get me started on lawyers!! They have a deeply ingrained interest in keeping the pot on the boil for as long as necessary.
There are 130 odd charges apparently, they just screwed up counting them originally and 115 had already stuck. Or there are 4 or 5 main charges but spread over a decade or two so multiplied many times.130 charges ? They're not 130 separate charges or are you on the wind up ?
Yes, under those circumstances there would have definitely been whispers of doom from the usual suspects. All we’ve had of note in recent weeks from that quarter was Herbert’s pitiful tantrum.Agreed.
